Counter Sales Person

Ensures that customers receive the best service possible through processing orders, preparing invoices, and coordinating with other functions as required. Handles warranty returns to manufacturer. Acts as inside customer contact regarding pricing, scheduling, and shipping. Assists in the direct development of Counter Sales Trainees.

Warehouser

Loads and unloads trucks. Moves material within a warehouse to and from loading platforms by carrying, pushing, rolling or operating hand trucks, forklifts, hoists, motorized conveyors, or other material handling equipment. Pulls, fills and selects orders as needed. Assists in maintaining warehouse by keeping the area clean and orderly. Directly responsible for the correct receipt and posting of merchandise in the HDD distribution system. Assist with cycle counting with selected merchandise to prepare for purchasing cycles and inventory control. Performs other duties as assigned.

Truck Driver

Operates trucks in accordance with established safety procedures. Loads, secures and unloads cargo. Interacts with customers upon delivery. Maintains contact with supervisor or inside contact to receive deliver and pickup as instructed. Maintains all required logs and records. Assists with warehouse duties as assigned by Manager or Warehouse Manager. Must hold applicable license.

Service Center Manager

Supervises and trains staff both in the service center and warehouse. The manager is directly responsible for delegation of paperwork, on-line system ordering and selling of merchandise. Assists and waits on customers both at the inside counter and in the warehouse, as required. Assists employees as needed with the loading and unloading of product. May deliver product to customer; makes outside sales calls to customers. Organizes and trains employees on required safety initiatives while supporting an OSHA compliant workplace.

Sales Representative

Responsible for all sales functions in an assigned territory. Forecasts, solicits and secures orders from potential and existing customers. Provides customer service as necessary working closely with Service Centers. Prefer 3-5 years experience in the HVAC industry.
